Jordi Oropeza is adjunct professor of Commercial Law and speaker at the Real Estate Law and Corporate Law Diploma course given at the Escuela Libre de Derecho.
In December of 2006 he joined the Firm as partner. Mr. Oropeza currently holds the position of adjunct professor of the Business Organizations Class at the Escuela Libre de Derecho and also is a lecturer in the Real Estate and Corporate Law postgraduate degree at the same law school. He has participated in several lawsuits defending the interests, among others, of Grupo México, BBVA Bancomer, GBM Grupo Bursátil Mexicano, Blackrock, Arca Continental, Compañía Internacional de Comercio, TV Azteca, Ferrocarril Mexicano, Grupo Posadas, Hasbro, Grupo Modelo, Prudential Real Estate Investors (PGIM), Cadbury Bebidas, Compañía Occidental Mexicana and Cemex.
