Alonso Rivero Borrell
is a professor of Commercial Law II: Securities and Credit Operations at the Escuela Libre de Derecho. 
In December 2012 he joined the firm as a partner. He is a graduate of the Escuela Libre de Derecho and obtained a master's degree in "Economic Analysis of the Law" from the Instituto Universitario Ortega y Gasset in Madrid, Spain. He has collaborated with several litigation firms in civil and commercial matters, as well as in corporate law. He is the head teacher of Commercial Law II: Credit Securities and Operations at the Escuela Libre de Derecho. Currently, and actively participates in commercial and arbitration proceedings.
